• All estimates provided by Acme Fence are free and non-binding until both parties sign a written agreement or contract.

• Pricing in proposals is based on material costs and labor at the time of issuance and may change if not accepted within the stated period (typically 30 days).

• The client is responsible for verifying property boundaries, utility locations, and HOA or permit requirements unless otherwise stated in writing.

3. Payments

• A deposit may be required before scheduling installation.

• Final payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and authorized electronic transfers.

• Invoices not paid within 15 days of completion may incur late fees and collection costs.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

• Deposits may be non-refundable if materials have already been ordered or custom-fabricated.

• Weather delays or material shortages may result in schedule adjustments without penalty to Acme Fence.

5. Workmanship and Warranty

• All installations by Acme Fence include a Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covering installation defects, post alignment, and gate adjustments.

• This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Natural disasters (hurricanes, floods, storms)

  • Unauthorized repairs or alterations

  • Accidents, misuse, or neglect

  • Ground shifting, erosion, or tree root movement

• Manufacturer warranties apply separately to all PVC and aluminum materials used.

6. Permits and Code Compliance

• Acme Fence assists with permit applications and HOA approvals, but final approval remains the client’s responsibility.

• All installations are performed to meet or exceed local building codes in the applicable jurisdiction (including Pasco, Hillsborough, and Polk Counties).

7. Property Access

• Clients must provide safe, clear access to the installation area, including removal of obstacles, pets, and debris.

• Acme Fence is not liable for underground damage to unmarked private lines, irrigation systems, or other concealed obstructions.

8. Website Use

• To use the website only for lawful purposes;

• Not to upload or transmit harmful code or spam;
